To be honest i thought there was a team burner that did come with twin top bars.
as for the wheels and stuff i did say it has a few incorrect parts and i meant the wheels and stuff by that.

Still a bit cunfuzzled as to what I have bought. I knew the saddle was not original & had a feeling about the wheels too.
Gonna ride it as it is for the moment. I'm not great on a bike so need the practice.
